Sydney Sweeney and Josh Brolin to Host ‘SNL’ With Musical Guests Kacey Musgraves, Ariana Grande

Both Sydney Sweeney and Josh Brolin are set to host upcoming episodes of “Saturday Night Live.”

Sweeney will make her hosting debut on the long-running NBC sketch comedy series on March 2. She will be joined by musical guest Kacey Musgraves, who will be appearing on the show for the third time.

Sweeney recently starred in the Spider-verse film “Madame Web” and has the new film “Immaculate” opening in theaters on March 22. Musgraves’ latest album, “Deeper Well,” drops March 15. Sweeney is also known for her roles in shows like “Euphoria” and for starring in the romcom “Anyone But You” alongside Glen Powell, which has grossed nearly $200 million worldwide.

Brolin will be hosting “SNL” for the third time on March 9, joined by musical guest Ariana Grande. Grande will also be making her third appearance on the show.

Brolin will reprise the role of Gurney Halleck in the highly-anticipated sequel “Dune: Part Two,” which is due out in theaters on March 1. Grande, meanwhile, has the new album “Eternal Sunshine” set for release March 8.

It was previously announced that Shane Gillis would be making his hosting debut on “SNL” on Feb. 24. Gillis, a stand up comedian, was originally hired as a cast member for the series back in 2019. He was quickly removed from the cast, however, after clips of him making racist, homophobic, Islamophobic and misogynistic jokes on his own podcast and various platforms surfaced. Gillis will be joined during his episode by musical guest 21 Savage.
